Lakshadweep Islands is a group of Island whose name is derived from the meaning “One Lakh”. Yes, this island group is found on the south west coast off the side of the Indian peninsula. How to go?
It is possible to go Lakshadweep by only two ways.
- By Air. There are regular air services from Kochi airport that reaches the airport of Agatti Aerodrome. The Air India Regional provides air services from it’s chartered plane of ATR-42, except on Sundays.
- By Sea – By sea is a limited services, which is only provided from the ports of Kochi, Ernakulam and Trivandrum in Kerala.
